Dr. Ng’s talk has the following objectives: 1) To discuss the role of the targeted-mediated drug disposition model in describing therapeutic monoclonal antibody disposition and its interaction with soluble or cell-bound targeted receptor 2) To provide an case example of using the model to guide the drug development and discovery of the therapeutic monoclonal antibody (with cell-bound targeted receptor with rapid internalization)
