Applications of minimal PBPK models to small and large molecules

Minimal PBPK model is an intermediate modeling approach between full-PBPK model and mammillary model.This modelling approach is conceptually developed substantially lumping full PBPK model. Most importantly, minimal PBPK model provides a sensible modeling approach when fitting ONLY plasma (or blood) data but yielding physiologically-relevant PK parameters. These parameters may provide more practical value than that generated in mammillary models. This talk will be about applying this modeling approach to both small molecules and monoclonal antibodies PK analysis.
